With an endless supply of media, article and government announcements, it can be very hard to completely understand how this virus affects our individual health, day to day lives and businesses.

As each business has major differences, it could mean a range of new policies or business practices that are in the best interests of our local community.

I want to assure our valued customers and suppliers that we remain vigilant and are following the advice of the Australian Department of Health. Our main goals are to keep safe our employees, partners, and families.

With that being said, your businesses may rely on our business performing optimally, so below is a range of safety measures we have put through to ensure our service to you.

Staff

We have run an educational meeting with all staff to ensure they are up to speed with all the facts of how to stay safe in and out of the workplace.

Internal work safety measures

We have amped up our existing work safety measures to include mandatory sanitising bays as well as ensuring staff of our commitment to their health. We have also increased our cleaning schedule to high contact surface areas of our business.

Service

We have also introduced a new Ford initiative called the Ford Pick Up and Drop Off Service. The health of our customers and their families is of utmost importance to us during this COVID-19 period, and as such we have introduced a complimentary pick up and drop off service for Ford customers. So please be assured, that we are being vigilant and will continue with business as usual. We encourage our extended network to continue their days as per normal but to also follow increased hygiene practices as well as being vigilant in the fight against COVID-19.

Lastly, we would like to personally thank you for your support in times of prosperity and times of hardship. We, as many of you consider Australia the ‘lucky country’ for many reasons and for us it has nothing to do with luck itself. Our country has had an amazing ability to come together and adapt to the changing world, the ability to selflessly sacrifice for the better of the nation and of course the ability to unite and create positivity from negative times.
